Aaron H. PierceAs Of-Counsel to Pierce & Kwok LLP, Mr. Neuhaus is a diligent and dedicated advocate whose practice focuses primarily on civil and criminal litigation matters. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Neuhaus was an associate at Colson Law PLLC (formerly Colson & Harris LLP), where he represented individuals charged with crimes in state and federal courts and routinely served as co-counsel in complex federal cases, including drug and gun conspiracies, honest services fraud, wire fraud, RICO, and terrorism. The highlight of Mr. Neuhaus’s young career was when he examined several witnesses, and his defense team prevailed, at an evidentiary hearing involving allegations of attempted murder in the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Neuhaus received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While at Cardozo, he interned for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits in Bronx County Civil Court, and worked at the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice. Mr. Neuhaus realized his passion for criminal defense as a student lawyer in Cardozo’s Criminal Defense Clinic, where he represented indigent clients in Manhattan Criminal Court from arraignment through final disposition.
